Shipping policy
We process orders within 2–3 business days, which means it may take up to three business days after placing your order for it to be prepared and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed outside of business hours will begin processing the next business day.
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, or any time before your item has shipped, by emailing shopify@simplejoytoys.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes must use a USPS shipping method.
Shipping options available at checkout include USPS Ground Advantage, UPS® Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, and UPS Next Day Air®. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has finished processing.
Orders over $50 ship free via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping costs for all other orders and expedited options are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control (including weather events, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons). While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee carrier transit timelines.
