Are your plushies actually handmade?
Yes! All plushies are handmade in my studio (my house). Fabric is cut on my kitchen table, embroidered on my Janome Memory Craft 400E, and then sewn on my Brothers PQ1500SL.
When will I get my plushie?
Each plushie is handmade in our studio and already finished at the time of purchase.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays when the post office is closed.
Are the plushies safe for children?
My plushies are designed for gentle play and display. Please check individual listings for age recommendations, as some designs may be better suited for older children or collectors.
Will my plushie look exactly like the photos?
Because each plushie is handmade, small variations may occur, making every piece unique. I take great care to ensure each one looks as close to the photos as possible.
Specifically, what materials are used?
All plushies feature soft, high quality minky fabric (Shannon's Cuddle) and machine embroidered details with equally high quality, Italian cotton thread (Aurifil). Elements are pieced together with heavy duty thread (Coats & Clark) and filled with authentic Poly-fil fiber fill. Some plushies may also contain Poly-Pellets as added weight, and plastic safety eyes.
These are incredibly high quality materials that ensure plushies will look and feel as close to brand new for as long as possible.
